SAT – Although a growing number of universities are becoming test-optional, the SAT test remains a way for candidates to demonstrate the general knowledge/critical thinking skills needed to thrive in college.
The SAT comprises two sections – Evidence-Based Reading & Writing and the Math section. Each section of SAT is scored on a scale of 200 to 800.
The test is administered in the digital format and is 2 hours and 14 minutes long.

GRE/GRE Subject or GMAT – The vast majority of doctoral programs and some master’s programs require the submission of GRE or GMAT test scores as part of the application process

While all US universities accept TOEFL test scores, many also accept IELTS, Duolingo and Cambridge English test scores, but be sure to check in advance!
