The physics branch has issues worldwide, and the faculty must make Physics more accessible and attractive to the students beyond equations and theories. Modern society faces unprecedented technological development, and physics represents the cornerstone of the other natural sciences and one of the keys to opening the locks of progress. In this framework, Fulbright Scholar dr. Mihaela Tinca Udristioiu gave a short presentation focused on education, emphasizing some educational and cultural differences between the Romanian and U.S. education systems through her experience of four months at Georgia Southern University. Some perspectives of this collaboration were highlighted based on the agreement and documents signed by the representatives of both universities, the University of Craiova and Georgia Southern University.
